Orthodontists straighten teeth with braces and clear aligners; endodontists handle root canals; periodontists treat gum disease and place implants; oral and maxillofacial surgeons extract wisdom teeth, place implants and do jaw surgery, often under IV sedation; prosthodontists rebuild smiles with crowns, bridges and dentures; denture centers focus on full and partial dentures, relines and repairs. Sedation and hospital dentists serve anxious patients and people with special needs, while TMJ and sleep-apnea dentists make oral appliances for jaw pain and snoring.

I had a tooth extracted that turned out to be more difficult than expected. The roots of the tooth had wrapped around my jaw bone. Dr Brady removed the tooth. I was under sedation and when I woke up I was thrilled to find out the tooth was gone. I never knew the extraction was more difficult than expected. I had some soreness that night and I took aspirin and slept through the night. The next day I had some bruising but nothing to be alarmed about. I gave Dr Brady and his team 5 stars.

I had a great procedure recently! Dr. Going and the other practitioners were very kind. They gave me helpful tips about the recovery process including which foods to eat, pain medication, etc. I looked up some more tips about the recovery process because I was curious. I started doing salt water rinses after the first 48 hours and those have been helpful. Thank you again, Dr. Going and the rest of the team. This procedure has reduced crowding in my teeth and improved my smile!

Dr Brady is an amazing surgeon and did a really great job with my gum graft. He was honest and set the right expectations up front which I appreciated. I also had an issue after the procedure where I broke the palate stent and desperately needed a replacement - their office rush ordered one and had it delivered within 48 hours which was a huge help. Their staff is very friendly and professional and they do a great job of sending automated reminders about upcoming appts. Overall I would highly recommend Dr Brady and his team. The bulkhead location is also very convenient in terms of access and parking. Things that could be improved: - Patient instructions for post-op are not very detailed. I had to call the emergency line to ask questions twice as I was unsure what to do. They also combine multiple procedures instructions into one document which is confusing. - The person who scanned my mouth to make the mold for the palate tray was not very gentle and ended up causing my gums to have significant bleeding in several places. - The follow up appointment felt a little rushed without instructions or mention of when I could resume normal brushing, what to still avoid, etc. So would defi

I cannot say enough good things about Oral Surgery Associates. I would give 10 stars if I could! I’m a nurse however, dentists make me very nervous. One of my good friends recommended Dr. Gordon Brady because she said he was wonderful. I took my daughter here to have her wisdom teeth removed and she was right, β€œDr. Brady is PHENOMENAL!” Dr. Brady and the staff at OSA are kind, Gentle, patient, and extremely professional. You can tell they like working together By the way, they interact. My appointment was amazing, especially given the fact that I was there to have a tooth removed and I was very anxious. I definitely opted for IV sedation, and it was worth every penny! The staff allayed all my fears, made me very comfortable as they put me under. By the time I was waking up, it was all over with and Dr. Brady told my husband exactly what I needed to know, they gave me very detailed instructions and everything went Great! I was a little sore, which is to be expected but only needed to take pain medicine for two days. Thank you, Dr. Brady and the staff at oral surgery associates, you are all amazing and I appreciate it!
